My client is looking for an experience Paramedic Practitioner to join their busy practice in Caterham. This Paramedic Practitioner position is perfect for someone who can work well within a multi disciplinary team as well as someone who is willing to learn and adapt to the position. This Paramedic Practitioner position will involve working alongside General Practitioner, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Practice Nurses. This position is on a permanent basis.
Duties Include:
You'll be responsible for delivering comprehensive care to patients, starting from conducting initial history-taking and clinical assessments, through to making diagnoses, providing treatment, and evaluating patient care. You'll work under the supervision of a General Practitioner (GP) while demonstrating safe clinical decision-making and expert care. Collaboration with the multi-disciplinary general practice team will be essential to support the implementation of policies and procedures and to ensure patient needs are met effectively. Additionally, you'll be expected to conduct urgent home visits as needed, ensuring timely care delivery to patients in need.
