SalaryPark Maintenance Supervisor

30,000 per annum
The purpose of this role is to supervise gardeners and cleaners so they work productively and safely to ensure a high-profile, central London public, recreational park is maintained to a high standard.
Working hours are 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
Main duties:
- Supervise colleagues, delegating work to them.
- To ensure staff are working safely at all times and all accidents and near misses are reported and measures put in place to mitigate against these.
- To inspect and record all contractual work.
- To check and submit all paperwork.
- To communicate effectively with colleagues, management, clients and stakeholders.
- To be hands-on, undertaking grounds maintenance duties.
Skills required:
- Demonstrable experience gained within an outdoor, facilities environment.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Good understanding of Health and Safety at work.
- A full, manual driving licence.
- Demonstrable ability to improve team working to drive up standards.
- Able to plan ahead.
