Park Warden

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A PARK WARDEN ON A HOLIDAY PARK.

We are looking for one person for the position of Park Warden. This is to join the team on our highly rated, mixed static, touring and seasonal park for the 2024 season and beyond. Must be able to work weekends and bank holidays. Two days a week off (together). An immediate start is available to the right people. DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A PARK WARDEN ON A HOLIDAY PARK.

The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Friendly customer service
• Ability to work in a team with our other staff members but also to work without constant supervision
• Follow health and safety requirements
• A desire to work outside whatever the weather and take pride in keeping the site to the high standards our customers expect
• Some level of basic IT skills and/or a willingness to learn - full training given
• A full UK driving licence desirable, but not essential

Day to day you will be involved with:

• Reception Duties
• answering the phone, taking bookings, answering emails, welcoming customers to the site.
• Shop Sales
• promoting the items for sale in the shop and serving customers
• Customer Care
• welcoming new customers, taking them to their pitch, answering queries during their stay, dealing with any issues that arise
• Health and Safety completing daily, weekly, monthly health and safety checks and keeping a record of these.
• Mainly office work.
• The job is offered as a permanent contract, 12 months of the year. It is a full time role, which involves being on call if needed and accommodation is offered as either a pitch for your own unit or a static caravan provided by the employer.
