The Role:
As a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will assist in developing design concepts into detailed drawings and plans.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a similar role.
* Possess experience across all RIBA work stages.
* Expertise in detailed architectural design.
* ARB registration or recent graduates with a passion for architecture.
* Familiarity with the UK regulatory environment, including building regulations and CDM.
* Exceptional communication and visualisation skills.
* Skilled in Vectorworks, Twinmotion, and BIM; training available for the right candidate.
* Valid UK driving licence.
* Right to work in the UK.
