Salary: £26,500-29,000 Dependant on experience

I'm pleased to be supporting an award-winning and well-established Architectural practice who offer a wide range of services across the Residential and Commercial sectors. My client has over 35 years industry experience and in recent years has focussed on designing contemporary and traditional homes, as well as mixed-use developments for their clients.

The ideal candidate will already have UK based industry experience and boast design flare and strong technical abilities. Revit and AutoCAD skills would be highly desirable.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• RIBA Part 2 qualified.
• Already have UK based experience working as an Architectural Assistant.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
• The ability to work to a high standard under strict deadlines.
• Able to work well individually and as part of a team.
• Support the more senior members of the team across all RIBA stages.
• A good understanding of the UK building regulations.
• Relevant project experience would be highly preferrable to succeed.
• Ideally a passion for listed building and conservation work.
