As a Part-Qualified Tech Patent Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology. Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and prosecuting patent applications in various technology sectors
- Collaborating with clients to develop strategies for protecting their intellectual property
- Conducting prior art searches and providing patentability opinions
- Assisting with IP due diligence, freedom to operate analyses, and infringement opinions
- Engaging in continuous professional development to stay abreast of legal and technological changes
Qualifications:
- A degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics)
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in patent law, specifically in the technology sector
- Having passed foundation exams with a view to qualifying as a Patent Attorney
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal
- A strong track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines
