As a Parts Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Parts departments. Your responsibilities will include supervising, coaching, and developing a team of staff, managing stock, and surpassing sales targets for your branch. Operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will be instrumental in delivering excellent service, making sure that customer satisfaction remains the top priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily activities of the Parts department, prioritizing customer service.
- Proactively monitor KPIs and implement action plans to achieve business goals.
- Work closely with customers, interpret their requirements, and provide advice on additional parts and services.
- Ensure effective communication between staff and customers, both internal and external.
- Create and adhere to a trade marketing structure to promote branch activity.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in a parts role.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-pressure environment.
- High standards of numeracy.
- Experience with dealer management and parts catalogue systems.
- Familiarity with budgets and KPIs.
- Effective workload management.
