(Part Time) Accounts Administrator - Events & Conferences

Job Type: Part Time

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + performance bonus scheme

Location: Cirencester (Office based) with the possibility of hybrid work.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Account Administrator to join our team. The Account Administrator will be responsible for managing accounts payable and utilizing various accounting software programs such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero. This is a crucial role within our organization, ensuring accurate financial records and timely payments.

Responsibilities- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate coding and documentation- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies- Prepare and process payments to vendors- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records- Assist with month-end closing procedures- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any accounting-related issues- Generate financial reports as needed

Experience- Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
