Salaryour client based in Bewdley is looking for a good office admin assistant
this is a 27.5 hour working week 11am till 5pm all though there is some flexibility
holiday pay - pension,
the right person will assist the manager with administration duties in the first instance answering the telephone, taking message, entering details onto the computer, dealing with the people that come to the front desk,, arranging meetings, booking venue opening post.
you will also help the accounts entering data,entering diary management. and general office duties,
are you the right person
do you have good communication skills ?
do you have good computer skills i.e Spreadsheets, Excel emails
do you have a can do attitude.
