Your new company
This manufacturing organisation is seeking a part-time administrator to support their team on a temporary basis. Based in Stockport, they are a well-established business and are experts in their field.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing administration support to one of the teams within the business. This includes handling queries via phone and email, organising meets, liaising with engineers, preparing documents, reports and surveys, updating the internal database, updating diaries, processing and raising POs and invoices, and any other ad-hoc tasks needed by the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience within administration will help you succeed in this role. You're highly organised with excellent attention to detail and can work well to tight deadlines. You are bright and personable and can work off your own initiative. You're a good communicator, both written and verbal, and can help out in other teams. You will be looking for part-time work and will be able to start soon after the New Year.
