Apprenticeship Specialist, GBP32,000-GBP40,000 (FTE), Near Gerrards Cross, (Part Time -20 hours per week)

I am currently partnered up with a highly impressive organisation that has a fabulous opportunity for an Apprenticeship Specialist to join the team on a Part time basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with the apprenticeship levy process and ideally have used the government apprenticeship portal. If you have this experience and are passionate about the development of people and keen to work with an organisation that is people centric, forward thinking and will give you the opportunity to use your skills to work and support both the L&D team and across the whole business then we would love to hear from you.

What will be the responsibilities in this role?
This role would report into the Senior Learning and Development Manager and take on responsibilities such as:
- Implementing apprenticeship schemes
- Regularly monitor budgeting
- Contributing to and implementing the apprenticeship level strategy
- Identifying and onboarding new apprenticeship suppliers
- Liaising and working with the recruitment team
- Supporting the L&D team
What experience do you need?
- 2 years of experience working with apprenticeship schemes
- Understanding of apprenticeship portals
- A passion for Learning and development
- Experience of working in retail based organisation
- Track record of working with senior and external stakeholders
- Confident public speaker
