Role Description
This is a part time role located in Southbourne, Bournemouth for a Barista. The Barista will be responsible for taking orders, preparing drinks, plating up and serving food items to customers. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and building good rapport with our customers. Wild & Ginger is a new addition to Southbourne Grove (opened in October 2023) and we are looking to grow our team with colleagues who share our passion for good food and drink.
Skills
- Prior barista experience preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for food and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and proactive thinking
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations is a plus
As a Barista you will play a crucial customer facing role, welcoming and serving our customers. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the business founder/baker and make a meaningful contribution to a new, independent business.
