Linten Garden Products is searching for a Part Time Bookkeeper to assist the accounts department manager to ensure smooth running of the department.
Hours
- 20 Hours per week with flexible working hours available.
Pay
- Commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Matching, checking and processing invoices from suppliers.
- Checking statement to prepare payment runs.
- Processing daily takings & sales figures onto the accounts system (XERO).
- Raising sales invoices for rent and utilities.
- Liaising with suppliers to rectify discrepancies.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Other office duties as required.
Requirements
- High attention to detail.
- Experience using Xero accounting package is desireable.
- Microsoft office skills.
- Interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Multi-tasking and organisational skills to manage different financial duties, including the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Mathematics and administrative skills for accurate record-keeping.
Experience
- 3+ years working in a bookkeeping/data entry role.
