Due to continued growth, City Group Recruitment are looking to recruit a Candidate Resourcer to specialise in the recruitment of our Security personnel division. City Group Recruitment are different to other recruitment providers as we have a true understanding of our market and the importance of providing the quality people.

Our mission is to optimise and improve our customers recruitment process to provide them with the right candidates for their role and their business.

Pay: £11.50 per hour plus uncapped commission

Job Type: Part time 20 hours a week - flexible as to when worked through Monday to Friday

Location: Office based role in Orton Southgate, Peterborough

Job Specification:

• Managing a portfolio of existing established security clients you will be the clients contact for all their recruitment needs
• Job advertising
• Candidate sourcing - from job advert applications, job boards & cv search engines, recruitment events etc
• Candidate registration, matching, and interviewing
• Managing our database and keeping our candidate pool up to date
• Customer relationship management
• General administration as required
