SalaryGrafton Banks Finance Executive Search in Kent is recruiting a Part Time CFO for a growing SME based in West Malling in Kent for 2-3 days per week. The role is to work closely with the MD and other Directors to improve finance, systems, and processes as well as raise funds, manage future acquisitions and improve cash management.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Negotiate with funders to look for an increase or re-finance.
- Drive better credit controland cash management.
- Prepare monthly management packs.
- Business partner various head of department.
- Submit VAT returns.
- Assist in a full finance turnaround.
- Prepare viability assessments (as well as forecasts) for funders regarding acquisitions.
This position is based on a maximum full-time salary of GBP100,000pa, so GBP40k for 2 days and GBP60k for 3 days per week. It also comes with a bonus scheme and other benefits. Candidates need the following experience to apply:
- Fund raising
- Finance systems, processes, and controls improvement
- Effective cash management
