Part-Time Client Relationship Assistant

Juice are delighted to be working with a leading accountancy firm in their search for a Client Relationship Assistant.

This is a part-time role with a flexible approach to working times.

Day to day:

• Diary management of the business owner and senior accountant
• Managing workflow on the planner
• Managing all office related tasks like arranging maintenance, office cleaning and making drinks for clients
• Managing phones and emails
• Maintaining positive and strong relationships with clients and customers
• Arranging client meetings
• Initial phone calls with potential clients and attending new client meetings

• A highly organised individual who is able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Good experience within customer service
• Computer literate
• Ability to work well independently and within a small team
