Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Part-time Client Services Supervisor oversee client management, staff coordination, administrative tasks, and business development efforts. As part of this role you will be able to complete various admin tasks at home. However, each week you will be required to travel to various client sites across Northern Ireland. This role therefore requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various client sites. No previous experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for those seeking part-time work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships by conducting regular visits to client sites, addressing inquiries, and ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained.
• Coordinate staff schedules, including assigning tasks, managing timesheets, and arranging cover for absences.
• Generate and send invoices to clients for completed services, track payments, and assist with financial record-keeping.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, resolving issues, and offering new services.
• Attend client meetings to review service performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and explore new contracts.
• Send proposals to new potential clients outlining Prime Cleaning Solutions Ltd's services and pricing.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to client sites.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• No previous experience required; training will be provided.

Compensation:

• Part-time role: 10 hours per week
• Hourly rate: £11.84
