Job description
As HealthHero expands the Private GP/Clinical Practitioners health service, the need for ongoing safe compliance and resourcing is key to ensure staffing levels meet the service demand. This role exists to support the business in maintaining the compliance documents for Clinical Practitioner's and GP's, following policy and protocols correctly.
HOURS
Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day to be worked between 08.00 and 17.00. Hours to suit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure that all forms of communication activity represent HealthHero as a highly professional organisation delivering high quality service and promoting a positive working environment in line with the company policies & procedures.
To build a strong & professional supportive relationship with all GP's promoting a highly sought-after work culture where GP's recognise and celebrate the clinical quality through a safe, caring, effective & responsive service.
Process all paperwork in accordance with requirements, including but not exclusive to compliance checking, accurate and timely data inputting, identifying issues etc.
To document all company and personnel information with attention to detail following all GDPR guidance.
To work with all necessary departments within HealthHero to achieve a smooth and professional GP compliance process contributing to HealthHero being an employer of choice.
To deliver the requirements of our compliance policy and procedures demonstrating attention to detail, clear communication, effective and efficient responses that leads to a positive outcome for all parties involved.
To keep up to date and accurate GP records using agreed quality monitoring systems in order to accurately monitor the process of all compliance requirements.
To update GP and staff details when required on the appropriate platforms.
To track and provide key data for reporting purposes.
To undertake relevant training as and when required in order to effectively deliver the role.
To carry out activities as requested by the Senior Management Team as and when required to support the business objectives.
To support our central Resourcing Team with onboarding activities when required.
Managing the compliance renewal of existing GPs via agreed monitoring system.
Completing GP compliance audits.
Requirements
Be proficient using MS Office packages, especially Excel.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Possess strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
Be both a team player and a capable independent worker.
