Part Time Concierge

I am recruiting for a concierge based at a small but extremely high end gated development in the heart of Esher, this is an urgent requirement so please read through and only apply if you think you match the criteria: -

Working hours: Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday

7am to 7pm, 36 hours a week.

Salary: GBP24k per year.

Overtime available.

18 days holiday.

Pension scheme.

The development has 27 units within it, 2 apartment blocks and 6 houses.

Team of 2 concierge's working across a 6 day week.

Will need to have very level of customer service due to the nature of the residents, and excellent communications.

Main responsibilities will include manning the gate, taking deliveries for the residents, and managing subcontractors attending site for maintenance or gardening duties.

You must live within 45 minute drive of Esher, so will need to drive.

Parking on site.

Previous Concierge experience is not essential.
