Role: Part-Time Data Administrator

Location: Outskirts of Ely, CB6

Hours: Monday - Friday 25 hours per week

Salary: up to £13.50 an hour depending on your experience

Benefits: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays pro rata - this does increase over long period of service and can go up to 29 days, 5% contributory pension and social events.

This is an important role to the small and friendly team that you will be working in. You will be supporting with general office duties as well as entering numerical data into a database system to ensure it is accurate and updated correctly. The data will then be used to create reports which the management team will use.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience of working on database systems and good Excel knowledge. The database is bespoke to the company so full training will be provided.

What your position will involve:

• Inputting high level of numerical data into the database system
• Validating and correcting data on the system
• Assisting with the monthly reporting process
• Preparing and distributing supply data as and when required
• Communicating with internal departments and suppliers effectively
• Supporting with any general administrative and reception duties that may be required

What we are looking for:

• MUST have previous data entry experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel experience (Pivot Tables, Formulas & VLOOKUP’s)
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Passion for problem solving
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Positive, can-do attitude with aptitude and desire to learn
• Analytical mindset
