Overview
Highly successful Hospitality Group require Part-time Finance Manager, for an exciting opportunity, managing all aspects of Accounting & Finance, at well situated offices in Guildford, Surrey.
About the role
Reporting to the Finance Director the Part-time Finance Manager will undertake a varied role with responsibility for Payables & Receivables and management accounting for 2 separate locations. Key duties of the role include:
- Accounts Payable - checking & processing supplier payments to the SAGE Accounting system
- Payment of company expense claims
- Credit control debt collection and allocation of monies received to the accounts receivable ledger
- Processing Payroll for 2 sites covering starters & leavers and all associated payroll administration
- Accruals and prepayments
- Producing monthly management accounts for head office review
- Monitoring the company budget and variance reporting
- Completion of bank & balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with year end statutory accounts and audit liaison
About you
You will be looking for a part-time role around 25 hours a week, with Hybrid working and flexibility on hours
Applicants will have gained experience within a varied Accounting position within the SME sector
The jobholder will have a proven track record accounting to trial balance and ideally have experience producing month-end management accounts.
You will have a good knowledge of Excel and ideally SAGE Accounting
