We are currently recruiting at our Bourne Valley (Addlestone) store in the Floristry Department we are looking for a team player and an individual who is passionate about customer service and proud of delivering exceptional retail standards.

Responsibilities would include: -
- General housekeeping of the floristry department, ensuring clean and tidy work stations.
- Assisting customers with their enquiries.
- Completing customer orders as required by the Line Manager.
- Replenishing and merchandising products on the shop floor as required ensuring that all the products are correctly priced, clearly marked and displayed safely.
Experience in the following: -
· Weddings
· Funerals
· Functions
· Corporate work
· Flower knowledge
Nice to have:
· Minium 2 years’ Experience
· Flower knowledge is essential for this role
· Experience in wedding and Funeral Arrangements
· Approachable and enthusiastic
· NVQ 3 Qualified, nice to have but not essential
· Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
· Excellent customer service skills
