We’re Bom Bom Patisserie in Loughborough and we’re looking for a new Fresh Food Delivery Driver to join our crew at our Canal House Kitchen site.

We have a "Big Hairy Audacious Goal" of selling one million cookies - enough to pave a line of cookies from Loughborough to London. Here’s the sort of thing you’ll be doing as a Fresh Food Delivery Driver:
- Delivering Fresh Food daily to each of our Bom Bom sites.
- Checking the food you are delivering is correct and accounted for.
- Communicating effectively with site managers and the kitchen manager to ensure food orders are delivered correctly.
You’ll also have some personal goals to work through for the year, which are directly linked to our broader business goals. These could be things like enrolling on a course to improve your skills, or taking the lead on implementing your own ideas to improve efficiency.
What we’re looking for from you
We’ll make sure you get all the training you need to become a top-notch Fresh Food Delivery Driver. What we do need you to come with is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and an eagerness to develop in your role and help Bom Bom become the best it can be.
Other key bits about the role
- You’ll need to hold a full clean UK driving licence and be able to use your own car for work (we will pay the difference for your insurance to become suitable for work purposes).
- You’ll be a part-time team member of our team at Canal House Kitchen.
- It’s 5 days a week (between 6 - 16 hours), Monday to Friday at £10.60/hour (increasing to £11.64/hour from April).
- You’ll be paid mileage.
- You’ll get 28 days’ holiday, including two weeks off over Christmas/New Year, when we shut up shop so everyone can take a well-earned “proper” break.
