We are currently looking to expand our team as we get ready to enter an exciting new chapter. We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly person to help us provide the best service possible to our guests. Applicants must be fully flexible to suit business needs.
Part Time - 10-20 hours per week + additional hours to cover holidays
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reservations management
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic understanding of financial procedures for daily banking requirement
- Strong guest service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
- Familiarity with hotel operations and reservation systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
