Housekeeper Responsibilities
- Clean and arrange hotel rooms in accordance with our hotel’s standards prior to guest arrival
- Maintain common spaces including the hotel lobby, corridors, and public restrooms
- Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
- Write down what rooms were cleaned, report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
- Answer general questions from guests
- Liaising with the head housekeeper when rooms are ready for guests
Laundry Attendant Responsibilities
Our laundry attendants perform a variety of tasks such as washing, ironing, pressing, and folding linens
- Look at all your linens and treat any stains that you find
- Place all laundry in the washer and add the cleaning agents as directed
- Take out the clothes and linens after washing and dry them following the manufacturer's recommendations
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are in stock and indicate any shortages to the general manager
- Inspect laundry equipment visually and report any maintenance issues to the building management
Part-time - 12-28 hours per week - to be discussed at interview
