Please note that this is a permanent, part-time post that requires 20 hours over 4 days (Monday-Thursday) per week (5 hours per day), with one day worked from home (any working day except Monday). The FTE salary is up to £38,000.
HR Generalist Responsibilities
As the HR Generalist, some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Supporting with onboarding
- Manage all administration aspects of the employee life cycle
- Plan and deliver an induction programme to all new starters.
- Work with managers across the business to ensure the content of the inductions and onboarding is streamlined and current.
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Responding to HR related queries.
- Managing ER cases.
- Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and employment policies and procedures.
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance as required.

People Advisor Experience
To be successful in this post, you will be a CIPD Level 5 HR professional, or currently working towards this. You will be able to demonstrate:
- Generalist HR experience including managing ER case loads
- A discreet, ethical and confidential manner
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and some evenings (around large events particularly in the summer)
- Full clean driving licence
- Strong IT skills
- Highly organised and able to work to deadlines
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Able to manage stakeholder relationships
- UK HR experience
- Have the full right to work in the UK
Location
Based in Northamptonshire, NN12/NN13, there are excellent facilities and parking available onsite.
