Location: Haydock, (WA11) - 100% Office Based
Salary: £38,000 pro rata (£23,310)
Shifts: 23 hrs p/wk (over 3/4 days - flex start/finish times)

Our client is one of the worlds most respected and foremost providers of high security and counter terrorism control systems. They have been designing, manufacturing and testing their products for over 30 years and have major customers within 40 countries.
As the successful Part Time HR Manager, you will report to the MD and be responsible for the full end-to-end employee lifecycle in a small busy HR function.
As the Part Time HR Manager your duties will be:
- Consult with the MD and Board as applicable on HR related matters.
- Support Line Managers and assist with queries, ensuring all relevant paperwork is generated and issued in accordance with procedures and legislative requirements.
- Lead and manage casework, including sickness absence, grievance and disciplinary, from investigation to end results.
- Manage and participate in the full cycle of recruitment and onboarding experience.
- Maintain sickness records, managing employees on absence.
- Review and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Responsible for starters, leavers, offers, contracts references etc.
- Oversee annual reward activities such as salary and bonus reviews and service rewards etc.
The successful Part Time HR Manager will have the following skills;
- Hold a degree in HR or Business.
- Chartered Member CIPD
- Minimum of 5 years working experience.
- Experience working with a HR role in a Manufacturing business would be advantageous.
- Sound IT skills, including Excel (basic formulas & pivot tables).
- Strong reporting and analytic skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and assertively with people at all levels.
- Excellent workload management and organisational skills.
