Part time Inspections Clerk- Monday- Friday 9-2pm
Our client in Cheltenham now seeks a high calibre Inspections Clerk for their busy offices.
Duties to include:
- Property maintenance administration
- Liaising with tenants, contractors and landlords
- Dealing with face to face, telephone and e-mail enquiries
- Carry out accurate inventory reports
- Carry out interim inspections
- Carry out accurate check out inspections
- Advise if properties are not ready for occupation
- Accurately negotiate end of tenancy bond disputes
- Updating the inhouse property management system
- Liaising with the wider team and business
Skills Knowledge and Expertise:
- Prior experience working within the property industry essential
- Prior knowledge of property functions and management essential
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent standard of communication
- Strong administration skills
- Industry recognised qualifications such as APIP, ARLA, NFOPP and NAEA are advantageous
