This is an ongoing position which requires individuals to be available throughout the year on regular days and hours.
If you are available throughout the year to work Mondays, Thursday, Friday and 2 Saturdays per month this could be the ideal position for you. Ideally you will have availability over 6 days a week including weekends.

Duties:
- Providing the highest levels of customer service at all times and ensuring that candidate needs are met
- Undertaking identification and security checks
- Explaining testing guidelines and examination process to all candidates
- Invigilation of exams
- Ensuring equipment and workstations are properly set up
- Resolving technical issues with support from IT departments
- General housekeeping of the centre
Key Skills and Experience:
- IT Literate
- Experience of working in a customer facing role
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Proactive approach to work and the ability to deal with difficult situations
