Your Role:
As our Project Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind our projects department. From coordinating meetings to fostering strong stakeholder relationships, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our projects deliver results. With a mix of remote and in-office work in vibrant London, you’ll have the flexibility to thrive in your role.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and mediate project meetings, ensuring all voices are heard.
- Creating agendas and actionable meeting notes.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Represent our organization at industry events and conferences.
What You’ll Bring:
- 1+ year of administrative experience
- Self-starter and confident
- Interest within the FinTech & payments space
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
- Strong communication skills, exceptional writing skills and keen attention to detail
- A positive attitude and the ability to lead and support stakeholders
