ENS Recruitment have been estabished over 30 years, we deal with recruitment of staff in the health and social care sector. We are recruiting for a Learning & Development Administrator to efficiently support the health & social care training division by overseeing administrative tasks and ensuring adherence to ENS policy and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the scheduling of both practical and e-Learning training sessions for internal Care & Support, Health and Social Care, NHS workers, and external clients. This involves coordinating trainers, venues, and necessary materials to ensure seamless delivery of training sessions.
- Collaborate closely with internal divisions and external clients to ensure training needs are effectively addressed.
- Generate reports on training compliance and maintain meticulous records of completed courses.
- Perform data entry using relevant in-house software.
- Proactively communicate with workers to ensure timely completion of training before expiry dates.
- Cultivate strong relationships with ENS staff and clients to convey upcoming training programs and address inquiries.
- Organise training courses, manage room bookings, and distribute invites and joining instructions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the training department, providing quotes and training information to external clients.
- Consult with trainers for specialist courses tailored to both internal and external clients
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for training services.
- Promote and enhance the ENS e-Learning portal, offering specialised training options.
This role is working 21 hours per week at our offices in Westcliff on Sea, Essex. £12.08 per hour
