Avocet Legal is working with one of the South Wests leading law firms who are renowned for delivering an exceptional, high quality service and are looking for an experienced Medical NegligenceLegal Secretary to join their busy team in Exeter providing support to the Medical Negligence teams fee earners
Legal Secretary – Medical Negligence duties include:
- Delivering excellent client care at all times, in compliance with the company’s procedures
- Managing client files as will be speaking with clients
- Providing daily administration support
- Working well to multiple timelines
- Any other duties as and when required
Legal Secretary – Medical Negligence requirements:
- 6 months or more previous working knowledge within a similar role
- Typing speeds of 60 WPM +
- Strong administration with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and motivated with a great eye for detail
- Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office
