An opportunity to join a dynamic local firm as a Marketing Assistant, ideal for an individual looking for flexible hours. There is significant scope to build the role and responsibilities over time. Hybrid role with both home and office working.
The purpose of this Marketing Assistant role is to support the firm in the near term by completing the following tasks:
Regular marketing: Plan and execute regular email/newsletter campaigns, including sourcing/drafting and editing copy, designing layout and feedback to management on engagement.
Manage and maintain contact lists ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage online review platforms including requesting and responding to reviews and client feedback.
Social Media: Actively maintain and promote presence on social media, primarily LinkedIn.
Awards & Recognition: Identify industry awards and manage application process.
Press releases: Content creation and distribution Over time, additional responsibilities / Brand guidelines & design - acting as the primary contact for all materials (print, merchandise, web) to ensure a consistent image across the business.

- Degree level education
- Previous direct experience in marketing
- Demonstrated hands on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn
