Pay rate: £12.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday - Saturday Days 8:00am-20:00pm & Sunday days 8am-10am & Waking nights Monday - Sunday 20:00pm- 8:00am
Location:LN11, Louth, Lincolnshire
Requirements: Previous Mental health experience a MUST & Driver desirable.
This role will be working with a young person with learning disability and autism, Mental health & Paranoid schizophrenia in their home. You will be promoting her independence, supporting with the client's Mental Health, and encouraging the client to live a fulfilling life.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with all aspects of daily living and have the ability to help someone build everyday life skills. (Cooking, cleaning, shopping, and planning)
  • Emotional Support
  • Assisting the client out into the community.
  • Monitoring and reporting any risks.
  • Working proactively to encourage a fulfilling lifestyle.

Who you'll be working with
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
  • UK driver's license - desirable
  • MUST have previous Mental health experience
  • Previous Learning disability experience
  • Enthusiastic and willingness to learn.
