Job Description:
As a Part-Time Office Administrator, you will report directly to the Director and the role will involve:
- Completion of product schedules
- Formatting schedules of works and processing orders from these
- Spreadsheet updating and data entry
- Updating of quality certification
- Diary management
- Inventory tracking through the workshop
- General office duties
- Supporting other departments as required (following training)
- Proficient in Microsoft especially Excel Spreadsheets (formulas)
- Professional and polite when dealing with clients and colleagues
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to cope with a busy schedule and multitask
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is critical
- A degree of flexibility to cover holidays / other work would be expected
Salary: £12.00 Per Hour
