Part Time Office Manager

£25,000 to £30,000 plus 25 days holiday plus BH, closure over Christmas, team social events, pension, progression opportunities, team lunches and stunning team spaces!
Richmond
Permanent, 3 to 4 days a week
9am to 4pm (Must be available to come in Mondays and Tuesdays)
Start date: ASAP!
Daily duties include:
- Managing subcontractors
- Ensuring contracts are kept up to date and stored correctly
- Organising and scheduling meetings
- Implement a seamless organisation structure
- Managing files and documentation
- Ordering office supplies
- Managing the office space
- Organising team lunches
- Arranging and setting up IT equipment for new starters
- Assisting with the onboarding process and ensuring new starters have a smooth start with the business
- Any other general office management duties
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar
- Strong IT skills
- Experience using Gmail and Google Suite is desirable
- High attention to detail and communication skills
- Motivated self starter
