Your new role
You will be working within a faith-based organisation as their part-time Operations Administrator in the Olbury and West Birmingham areas. You will show expertise and experience in supporting the church and relevant stakeholders involved in the organisation's day-to-day business running. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to travel to different sites, so access to a car is a necessity.
As the Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for management expertise and support to ministers, churches and relevant contacts in the day to day running of churches within the local area. You will ensure all records and documentation is kept up to date, schedule legal requirements, prepare lease agreements alongside supporting rental costs and contracts. You will also support health and safety compliance, maintain HR records, help support recruitment across the church, ensure safeguarding guidelines are always followed and prepare documentation for meetings etc.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must be resilient, flexible in your approach to work, excellent at building relationships, and a clear communicator. You must also have a clear DBS. You must have relevant and recent experience of working in an Operations Administrator role and be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to perform to a high standard by executing a number of tasks at once.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a full-time salary equivalent of GBP27,000 per annum with the flexibility of working 21 hours around your schedule. You will have the autonomy to work to your ability whilst executing tasks efficiently.
