SalarySmall but successful manufacturing company based in Rowley Regis looking for an Admin Assistant on a Part Time basis
The Admin Assistant will be assisting the operational side of the business
Duties to include:
Process all customer orders
Raising and printing job cards, instructions and drawings to for the shopfloor
Input Job details, source customer prices and leadtimes
Raise purchase orders
Provide customer quotations
Book couriers and deliveries (UPS & DHL)
Order stationery and any other bits for the office
General filing and answering of incoming calls
The right candidate would
Hold relevant admin experience, preferably within manufacturing.
Accurate typist with an eye for detail
Excellent communication skills
Hours of work Monday to Friday 9.30am to 1.30am
Hourly pay rate initially GBP11ph then after 3 month probation this will increase to GBP13ph
Immediate start for the right person
