Temporary part-time PA required to assist our client whilst they recruit on a permanent basis. Role will entail assisting the Director in the following:
- Day to day administrative support including filtering emails and redirecting enquiries
- Financial management tasks such as budget, invoices, project cost management, expenses
- Scanning and filing
- Typing and preparation of documents
- Diary management
- Training records
- Administration relating to recruitment, and HR within department
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of policy and other document
- Proof-reading and quality checking of reports, correspondence etc.
Ideal candidate will have previous PA experience, excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, discresion and be adept at MS Office packages.
Hours are 22.5 hours over 3 days
Pay £14/hr
