Locations: Blackfriars, London 

A highly regarded international consultancy firm are seeking a dynamic and proactive PA to support one of their incredibly impressive and hardworking Managing Directors on a Part time basis. Based 3 days a week in their stylish central London offices, you will support them with not only the traditional PA duties but also varied projects too. With this being a newly created role and team, you will have the opportunity to make it your own and help grow the team in the coming year. You will need to thrive under pressure when juggling many balls and have strong previous EA experience as well bags of enthusiasm.  

Your duties will include: 

• Complex diary and travel management  
• Managing the schedule of the consultant  
• Drafting emails and proof reading 
• Working on research and other varied projects 
• Act as the main point of contact on behalf of the MD
