Part Time PA/EA

Your new companyYou will be working for a leading construction-based organisation from one of their north-west offices, based in Birchwood.Your new roleWorking as PA/EA to one director on a part-time basis, your role will be busy and varied. Starting on a temporary basis to ensure the right fit, the role will then develop into a fixed-term contract for 2-3 years. The role is also part-time, at approx 2-3 days per week.You will be responsible for diary management, including internal and external meetings, travel and accommodation, email management, expenses, running and proofing reports, some project work, comms and other general administrative support.What you'll need to succeedThis role requires a confident and experienced PA who can take the initiative, be flexible and work with ever-changing priorities.
