SalaryMenlo Park are working with a highly regarded and forward thinking GP surgery, looking for a Practice Nurse for 2 days per week (Monday and Tuesday) . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced with routine Practice Nurse duties, as well as experience with Chronic Disease Management. There are no home visits and no extended hours and the practice is very supportive with regards to career progression and development.
Salary - £35,000 - £39,900 per annum DOE FTE + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays

Your role -
Essential experience as a Practice Nurse comfortable with all routine Practice Nurse responsibilities and Chronic Disease Management.
Hours between 8am-6pm.
Benefit from a very supportive team around you.
No home visits or extended hours at all.
Experience with Diabetes, Asthma, COPD etc but don't need diplomas.
