We are supporting a company based in Spalding who are recruiting for a Project Administrator. This is a 12 month temporary contract, with a negotiable hourly rate depending on your experience. This is a part-time opportunity 22-25 hours with flexibility around days and hours worked. The ability to be able to adjust your hours according to the project and support needed would be a distinct advantage.
This is a newly created position so duties will be defined on application, however the key skills and experience required are:
- Minute taking
- Supporting and delivering small projects
- Managing administration and databases
- Event support
- Reporting and data analysis
- Social media experience to be able to post information when required
If you are a strong and confident administrator who can provide diligent and proactive support to the projects team, ensuring to prioritise accordingly to timelines then let us tell you more! You must be able to multitask various tasks at once, work to deadlines and communicate along the way.
Once trained there could be an opportunity to work from home, however you must be able to reach Spalding and have flexibility to be in the office when required. There is also a small chance this opportunity could be made permanent.
