Avanti Personnel are working with a leading organisation who are currently looking to recruit a Part Time Receptionist to assist with the dealerships customer experience.
Working on a busy reception your role will include:
- Interaction with customers who visit the dealership and communication via telephone and email
- Assisting with the drop off and collection of caravans at the dealership
- Using an in-house system, the creation of workshop job sheets
- The management of an online diary
- Invoicing and the handling of cash and card payments
- Assist with the smooth running of the dealership, liaise with other departments, some occasional overtime may be required
The successful candidate will:
- Be accurate with data entry
- Have superb customer service skills
- Have a friendly and positive demeanor
- Have the ability to cope well in busy situations
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Full training will be provided to assist in embedding the successful candidate into the organisation and team.
Working hours are two days a week; Friday & Saturday 8.30am - 5pm (Winter time) and 8.30am - 5.30pm (Summer Time)
Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
