Our client owns and operates a chain of prestigious business centres and corporate private members clubs based within the City, West-end and greater London regions. They're currently recruiting for a switched-on frontline receptionist to assist with the day to day running of their site based in Fulham. The environment is luxurious and contemporary and they're ideally looking for an individual with a natural flair for 5-star customer service, someone willing to go the extra mile in order to achieve positive results. Reception experience is not essential, however, experience within a premium hospitality environment or luxury retail would be great. Candidates for this role must be smartly presented and have really good interpersonal skills.
Dealing with a wide variety of daily tasks, you will primarily be responsible for managing the front of house area, dealing with clients and their guests. However, the role also entails:
- Managing meeting rooms, setting-up any technology and ensuring refreshments are in place.
- Answering the telephones and directing calls, taking detailed messages etc.
- Meeting and greeting clients and their guests.
- Managing diaries.
- Booking couriers, taxis etc.
- Generating invoices.
- General housekeeping of the public areas, conducting walkabouts etc. and reporting any issues to the maintenance teams.
- Dealing with queries and complaints, acting to quickly resolve or progress to management level.
- Updating bookings, and managing the bookings database etc.
- Ordering supplies
