Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an award-winning financial firm, with the appointment of a Part Time Receptionist/Administrator to join their team.

The company are looking for a professional and presentable individual to be the first point of contact for their clients and visitors. You will be an integral part of business services and administration team, ensuring the smooth running of the office functions.

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors, to include professionals, clients and partners.
• Monitoring office supplies and ensuring all stock is maintained.
• Logging any maintenance issues and reporting to necessary contractors.
• Planning company activities and events.
• Travel arrangements and diary management.
• Scanning files, client documentation and data input.
• Distributing post and scanning files.

About the role:

• Monday to Thursday, 09:00-17:30 preferably - they would also consider 09:30-15:30 to suit school pick up times.
• Free onsite parking.
• Must have own vehicle, no public transport links.
• GBP26,000 pro rota.
