Part Time Sales Negotiator

Our client is a respected, successful, and rapidly growing independent estate agency, and due to constant business growth, they are seeking a Part Time Sales negotiator to join their friendly team based near Beccles.

Working Days:

As a Part Time Sales Negotiator, you will be required to work 3 full days per week.

Salary/Package:

• Basic salary of up to £20,000 Pro rata
• OTE £27,000 DOE Pro rata

The role of a Sales Negotiator will involve the following:

• Successfully negotiate offers
• Drive the business forward by offering excellent customer service
• Arrange and attend viewings
• Greeting buyers & vendors
• Registering customers
• Matching requirements & arranging viewings
• Calling out new properties

The successful Sales Negotiator will need:

• Sales negotiating experience
• Team player
• Ambitious and highly driven
• Clean driving licence & own vehicle
