My client is currently seeking an experienced part–time Store Manager to join their growing team in Newcastle–under–Lyme. You will be playing a vital role in the business, as you will be located on–site in a stand–alone role, but will be part of a wider team of Store Managers.
Duties:
Opening and closing the store each dayDealing with customer enquiriesTraining and developing staffRegular stock managementAssisting with merchandising and window displaysGeneral administrationPerson Specification:
Previous customer service/retail experienceProfessional and personable mannerAble to work under pressure and to timescalesExcellent communication and organisational skillsPositive attitudeA valid DBS check would advantageousHours of work will be Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday 12.30pm – 5pm (13.5 hours per week), however during peak times you will be required to work additional hours, so flexibility is paramount.
Due to the client's location having your own transport would be beneficial.
