The Role:
Dawn Ellmore Employment are currently on their search for a bright candidate to join as a Team Assistant / Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team and gain high quality training on the job, these types of roles don’t come around often!
You will be providing quality administration support to the team including liaison between candidates and clients. You will ideally have some administrative or recruitment experience and be open to learning a variety of new processes. You must have sound IT and presentation skills as well as a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
This is a Part Time role on a 3 day per week basis.
Duties in this role will include:
- Updating candidates CVs onto the company’s CV template
- Searching for candidates on the relevant job boards for our open vacancies
- Updating candidates details on our database
- Contacting candidates and discuss their requirements in more detail
- Monitoring and distributing communications for the team
- Telephone duties
- Creating adverts which are published into job related magazines
- Assisting with social media
- Supporting staff with their workloads
- Other ad hoc duties
