Inverclyde Taxis Ltd are recruiting a Customer Service Agent on a permanent, office-based contract based in Greenock.
About the Role
Inverclyde Taxis Ltd has been providing taxi services to the general public of Inverclyde for over 45 years. The ethos of the company is to provide and maintain excellent service standards for our drivers and customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a busy working environment. This is a customer led role, so previous experience of working in a customer service role is ideal. Telephony experience is an advantage, as is excellent keyboard skills. What is vital is your dedication and passion when it comes to helping our customers. You’ll need to be a real people person, with excellent listening and communication skills. This position operates on a shift based pattern including nights and weekends.
